MONTANO ANTILIA
is a charming village located in the lower Cilento region, surrounded by lush forests dominated by oak and chestnut trees. The village is famous for its agricultural traditions, which include the cultivation of cereals, walnuts, olives and grapes, but the most typical product of the area is certainly the chestnut, which is used in various culinary preparations and is a central element of the local gastronomy.
A typical dish is the rich and tasty pariglia. It involves adding game meat, pork and peas to the rice base, cooked separately.
