PELLEZZANO
Pellezzano is a charming municipality located in the Irno Valley, offering enchanting views of the surrounding valley. The historical centre is distinguished by its narrow streets, stone houses and ancient churches, such as the Parish of San Clemente. The town is deeply rooted in agricultural tradition, with olive groves and vineyards characterising the landscape. Pellezzano is also renowned for its typical cuisine, which exalts local flavours, especially those based on olive oil and fresh local vegetables; a very typical and tasty dish is the Paiocca di Pellezzano, made with pumpkin and sausage.
